C. Close. You are hereby commanded to notify, Charles Frederick, Jacob Frederick, Wilhelm Frederick, Anna M. Andres, Magdalena Bunge, Amelia Kahl, Christina Hansen and Magdalena Frederick giving at least one day's notice. That on the 27 day of November A.D. 1908 an instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Jacob Frederick late of Portland Township, in said County, deceased, was produced in open Court, and an application to admit the same to probate was on the same day made in said Court. Said application will be for hearing before said court on the 22 day of December 1908, at 11 o'clock A.M. Herein fail not, but of this writ and service thereon make due return.
