Suit to enjoin Leon J. Zilox as administrator of the estate of Andrew Gardner, 
from disposing of lot 2483 in the second ward, was brought to common pleas 
court Tuesday by Carl F. Antenen, administrator of the estate of Anna Gardner. 
The petition alleges Anna Gardner conveyed the property to Andrew Gardner, her 
son, on April 27, 1910, with the provision that he hold it in trust for the 
benefit of the grantor and the equal benefit of the other heirs. It alleges 
there was no consideration for the deed. Elizabeth Frazer, Augusta J. Schuck, 
Mary Glick, William Gardner, Henry Gardner and John Gardner, and the Permanent 
Building and Loan association are defendants, Antenen says it is necessary to 
sell the property to pay debts.
