But if she should marry again if this should happen on such case then my Executors who I shall hereafter name desire to act first I give to my son Henry BUSH my whole set of Blacksmith tooles to make him equal with my son John BUSH on account of a span of horses I let him have Item to my son Jacob BUSH I will and bequeath one span of horses wich shall be left on the farm after my decease and the decease of my wife and likewise that my son Jacob BUSH is to have the overplus of the proffits of my farm and stocks if he shall so except of it and conducts himself well if otherwise then my said wife Darcos BUSH by this devise shall be impowered to imploy such man or men as will work the same tot he best proffit and advantage for her and children. Item I will and bequeath unto my daughter Janes children by name Darcos VANNATER [VAN NATTA] William VANNATER Henry VANNATER John VANNATER seventy five pounds to be equally divided amongst them after my decease and the decease of my wife and the remainder of my Estate Real and personal to be equally divided to my son Henry BUSH one third to John BUSH one third to Jacob BUSH one third after my decease and the [decease] of my wife Darcos BUSH after a convenient time as my Executers shall think convenient after my death and decease of my wife Lastly I Constitute and appoint my dearly beloved wife Darcos BUSH Executrix and Josiah DRAKE Henry BUSH John BUSH Jacob BUSH Executors of thisi my last will and testament and my desire is that they should act according to this my will.
