In justice's Court, Town of Seneca, Frances A. Rippey and George Alexander Rippey as administrators of the Estate of John B. Rippey, deceased, Plaintiffs, before Willard Onderdonk, Esq., J. P. - against - Stephen Furner, Defendant. The plaintiffs for their complaint against the defendant named in the above entitled action allege: 1. That on or about February 20, 1915 John B. Rippey hereinafter named died intestate in the Town of Seneca in the county of Ontario and State of New York, in which town he then resided, and that these plaintiffs were thereafter and on or about March 5, 1915 duly appointed the administrators of the estate left by said decedent by the Surrogate's Court of said county of Ontario, and that they thereupon duly qualified and are still acting as such administrators. 2. And these plaintiffs further allege upon information and belief that said defendant is a resident of the Town of Seneca in said county of Ontario. 3. And these plaintiffs further allege that at divers times between January 1, 1905 and January 1, 1910 inclusive within this state, the said John B. Rippey in his life time sold and delivered to said defendant at his request divers goods of the amount and value of Forty-five Dollars and Twenty-seven Cents ($45.27) which sum said goods were reasonably worth, and no part of which has been paid, but that said sum of Forty-five Dollars and Twenty-seven Cents ($45.27) together with interest thereon from January 1, 1910 is actually due and owing by said defendant to these plaintiffs therefor. WHEREFORE these plaintiffs demand judgment against the said defendant for the sum of Forty-five Dollars and Twnety-seven Cents ($45.27) together with interest thereon from January 1, 1910, besides the costs of this action. Rippey and George Alexander Rippey being severally and duly sworn say and each for herself and himself respectively says, that she and he are respectively the plaintiffs named in the above entitled action, and each has respectively heard read the foregoing complaint and knows the contents thereof; that the same is true to the knowledge of this deponent except as to the matters therein stated to be alleged on information and belief, and that as to those matters this deponent beliees it to be true.
