Second - I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Buckley the sum of One Thousand Dollars. Third - I give to my executors hereinafter named the sum of One Thousand Dollars which I direct them to expend for the Erection of a family monument on the lot where my remains shall be interred. Fourth - I give to my executors hereinafter named the sum of Five Hundred Dollars which I direct them to deposit at the Rochester Savings Bank as a permanent fund the interest or increase of which is to be used in keeping in order and repair my place of burial and the graves of my relatives who shall be buried in the same lot with me. Fifth - All the rest and residue of all my property, of what nature so-ever and wheresoever situate, both Real and Personal I give, devise and bequeath to my brother James Buckley and my sister Julia Buckley and to their heirs forever to be divided and distributed between them equally, share and share alike. Sixth - In the event that either my said brother James or my said sister Julia should not survive me then the devises, legacies and bequests herein made to the one so dying before me shall go to and are hereby given to the one who shall survive. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint the said James Buckley and Julia Buckley to be executors of this last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the fifteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety one.
