To my Grandson Abraham Frisbie one two horse waggons [sic] the wheat on the ground on the north side of the old road on land known as the Wiley lot. The use of the house where he (Abraham Frisbie) now lives also the use of the ground on the south side of the old road named above sufficient length of time to secure all crops that are now on the ground or may be put on this Spring as well as the grap? on said land and eight hundred dollars to be paid to him (said Abraham Frisbie) by the middle of September next. When said Abraham Frisbie must give a receipt in full for all his demands against me or my estate. To my daughter Amanda G. Brown the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, five hundred dollars of which is to be paid the first day of September (1851) eighteen hundred and fifty one, five hundred dollars the first day of September (1852) eighteen hundred and fifty two, the other of last five hundred dollars the first day of September (1853) eighteen hundred and fifty three, also two feather beds bedding bed steds for the home and one table bed steds bedding and table to be paid to Amanda G. Brown after the decease of my wife Sarah Wiley. Second, I direct all my funeral expenses and all my debts paid out and from my personal estate (all my real estate or the last of it being deeded by me to my daughter Sara B. Jackman on the 6th day of April 1849.) And lastly, I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and chattels of what nature or kind so ever to my son-in-law Josiah Jackman whom I hereby appoint sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 10th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.
