This is the last Will and Testament of me, Marvin Hovey, of Avon, Livingston 
County, New York.

First. I will an direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by
my executor  hereinafter named.

Second. I give and bequeath to my daughter Malvina T. Hovey the sum of twelve 
hundred dollar.

Third. I give and bequeath to my son Marshfield Hovey the sum of five hundred 
dollar.

Fourth. All the rest residue and reminder of all my property after the pay
went of the said legacies, I give, devise and bequeath to my six children
Malvina T. Hovey, Marshfield Hovey, Millard F. Hovey, Edward J. Hovey, George
R. Hovey, and Celestia A. Price to be equally divided among them, share and
share like.

Fifth. I name and appoint James H. Crouse of Lima, New York, sole executor of 
this my last Will and Testament, hereby investing him with full power and 
authority to sell, grant, and convey all the real property of which I shall
die seized for the purpose of paying the said legacies and making the division
of foresaid.

Lastly. I revoke all other wills.

In witness hereof, I have hereunder set my hand and affiered my seal this 26th
of May 1887.

The above instrument consisting of one half sheet of paper was on the date
hereof signed, sealed and declared by the said testator Marvin Hovey, as and
for his last will and testament in the sight and present of us, who at his
request  in his sight and presence of each other have subscribed our names as
attesting witnesses.
