Woodworth, her heirs and assign's my homestead, consisting of all that tract on parcel of land situated in the village of Alexandria Bay, County of Jefferson, State of New York, bounded as follows: Beginning at the junction of lot known as Rink lot and James Street and extruding back from said street in a south-easterly direction to east corner of rink building thence in a south weterly direction to boundary of lot owned and occupied by Wm. L. Basconi, thence along boundary of said lot and lot owned and occupied by by Andrew Cornwalls lot, thince in a northwesterly direction to stake and stoves in marsh, thence north easterly about three chains and twenty-five links to a point in the marsh, thence northwesterly along outer edge of marsh to mainland at board fence, thence in same general direction to James Street, thence along said street to place of starting. Together with all the hereditaments and appurtinances hereunto belonging on in any wise appertaining, inluding household furniture & to have and to hold the premises above described to the said Eveline F. Woodworth, her heirs and assigns forever. Second, I give and bequeath to my son-in-law Charles Woodworth and my daughter Eveline F. Woodworth the lot bordering on northerly side of above lot and known as the store lot. Together with all the hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging on in any wise appertaining thereunto. To sell or dispose of in any way they may they may see fit Reserving the right for Wilson Henry Wescott and William L. Wescott, to use and occupy the northerly end of eaterly point of said lot for a distance of seventy-five feet for a boat landing to be used by them during life together with right of way to pass and repass to said dock. Third, I give and bequeath to my son-in-law, Charles Woodworth aforesaid, his heirs and assigns all the land owned by me on south side of State Road above Otter Creek Bridge. Fourth, I give and bequeath to my son Wilson Henry Wescott and my son-in-law Charles Woodworth both aforesaid all the land owned by me situated on northside of State Road extending from said road to St. Lawrence River and easterly to Edgewood Park with the following exceptions; One acre contracted to Sydney Whitford and a piece contracted to James Schindler. The above described tract of land containing sixty acres be the same more or less to be equally divided between said Wilson Henry Wescott and Charles Woodworth and I hereby appoint Wilson Henry Wescott and Charles Woodworth to be the executors of said tract of land to sell and dispose of as they may see fit. I hereby appoint Charles Woodworth and Eveline F. Woodworth to be executor and executrix of the above, my last will and testament, with the exception of the sixty acre lot named in the above will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six.
