This document contains all the biographical sketches contained within the town
chapters of the book "HISTORICAL GAZETTEER AND BIOGRAPHICAL MEMORIAL of
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, NY", ed by WILLIAM ADAMS, Published 1893.   These
biographies were submitted by various family members in the 1800s,  and they
do not reflect all families who lived in the county at the time.

These bios were transcribed between 1997 - 2000 by an incredible team of
Cattaraugus County Researchers, who are listed below.   My heartfelt thanks to
all of them, with a special thank you to Art Burch, who contributed many
additional hours of his time toward transcribing, editing, and posting these
bios.
