I, David Cogdell do make this my last will and testament

 I. I give and devist to my wife Elizabeth A. Cogdell all my property
    of every description, including all insurance upon my life and all
    interest in the insurance business owned by me at my death

II. I hereby appoint W.T. Dortch executor to this my last will and
    testament

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal this 23 day of
September 1891, in the presence of R.P. Howell and W.K. Stanly who
subscribed their names as witnesses in my presence and at my request

Wayne          } SS        IN THE SUPERIOR COURT

It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the said paper-
writing and every part thereof is the last Will and Testament of D Cogdell,
deceased. Let the said Will, together with the probate, be recorded and filed
