HENRY SEAWELL, a Judge of the Superior Courts of Law and Equity in this State. JUDGE SEAWELL was attacked with the disease which terminated his early career in Nash County, while discharging the functions of his Judicial Office. He was enabled however to reach home, and died in the bosom of his afflicted family. JUDGE SEAWELL was a lalwyer of distinguished reputation and had twice been elevated to the bench.
