Friday, June 3, 1814
DIED, in Raleigh, on Sunday last, WILLIAM GILMOUR, SR., ESQ., in the 57th year 
of his age. He had lately removed to this City from Halifax, of which town he 
was, for a long time, a respectable resident. On Monday his remains were 
interred with Masonic honors, in the burial ground of this place.
