Be it remembered that I SEABORN TACKER being in a low state of health, but
of sound & disposing mind, do make this my last will & testament I manner &
form as follows:

First of all it is my will that all my just debts together with my funeral
charges be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently they can.

Item I give & bequeath unto my son JACOB TACKER, use of land which I
already laid off, beginning at a pine the northeast corner of the home lot,
runs west eleven chains to a small hikory, thence south, nineteen chains to
a poplar by the fork thence east including up the fork several courses to
the old line,thence north with said line to the beginning.

Item I give & bequeath unto my son JOSHUA one hundred & thirty acres land,
beginning at a hikory on the west side of said lot & runs south with said
line, thirty chains to a southwest corner, then east with the old line
fifty chains to the south east corner of sd lot, thence north with the old
line twenty chains to a stake, thence west twenty chains to a white oak,
thence north ten chains to a black oak grub thence west thirty chains to
the beginning.

Item I give & bequeath unto my son JOHN, all the remainder part of land &
the home plantation.___Only it is my will, that my beloved wife ELIZABETH
do have full priviledge of the plantation during her life together with the
household stuff, also one sorrel mare called Doll, which is to be disposed
of at her death as she may think proper & that JOHN be given all the
plantation tools & the hogs & sheeps is to be left on the plantation, for
the use of my beloved wife, with her part of the cattle.

Item I give & bequeath unto my daughter, NANCY on (sic) feather bed & one
horse colt, which is called her own & three head of cattle which is called
her own.

Item I give & bequeath unto my grandson SEABORN TACKER, one sorrell horse
colt, which is called his own, and then all the remainder of horses &
cattle with the debts & cash due me I direct that my executors hereafter
named, do call suitable men to appraise the same & divide it equally among
my children, namely JACOB, JOSUAH, SUSANNAH, JOHN, HANAH, & NANCY & that
the three children of my son WILLIAM deceased do inheritt the same that he
would, was he living equally among them.

Lastly I nominate, constitute & appoint my son JACOB TACKER & JOHN TACKER
the whole executors of this my last will & test. hereby making null & void,
all wills heretofore made by me.
