Humphrey be overseer of said Road Ordered that Leut: Daniel Johnston & Angus Curry ???????open a Road from his House to Hugh McKays, and keep open ??? order the bridge on the Marsh Known by the name of McNeills bridge & that they be exempted from working on other roads - Ordered that Neill McEachern be overseer of the road in the (room?) of Arch McMillan Archibald McBryde esq came into Court and was admitted to practise as an Attorney of this Court having been ???? qualified ???Daniel Huston is allowed the sum of twelve pounds for the year 1797 being an invalid Ordered that an error in a Deed of Conveyance from Jacob Rhodes to John Blount be rectified agreeably to the ?????? of the petitioner Court Adjourned until ?????????(very scrawled and difficult to read.)
