It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, THOMAS 
MITCHELL, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendants, appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Richmond at the Court House in 
Rockingham on the 3nd Monday in December  next  and enter his plea, answer, or 
demur to the Complainants petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso and 
heard ex parte against them.
