         Vs.

WILLIAM CADDELL 

Petition for Divorce 

On action of the Complainant’s Counsel, it is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three months  in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless 
the said defendant, appear at the next Term of this Court to be held for the 
County of Richmond, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
