        VS.

JOHN VONKANNON 

Petition for Divorce 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN 
VONKANNON,  publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro’, that unless the defendant appear at our next Court to 
be held for the County of Randolph in the Court House at Asheboro’ on the 4th 
Monday in September  then and there to plead, answer or demur to the 
Plaintiff’s petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.

Witness, J.M. A. DRAKE, Clerk of our Court on the 4th Monday in September.
