Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Copley of Orange County
& State of North Carolina have sold and bargained unto Charles Dunnagan
of the County and State aforesaid my part of One hundred acres of Land
lying on the South of Little River adjoining Charles Dunagans line
and George Carringtons line which was willed by William Dunagan
Deceased to my wife, which in consideration of the Sum of One dollar
? ? in hand paid I have received full satisfaction from the said
Charles Dunagan, and I do hereby covenant my right of the said Land
and forever defend the claim right property of all person or persons
whatsoever, unto the said Charles Dunagan his heirs and assigns
forever as witness our hands & Seals this 6th day of January 1808
