Lands and Plantation

Whereon Jesse Williams now lives, in Onslow county, formerly the property of 
Lewis Mumford, deceased, containing Eight Hundred Acres, (One Hundred of which 
are cleared and under cultivation) with a good Dwelling House, and all 
necessary out houses.  

One half of the Land is well calculated for the culture of Indian Corn, Wheat, 
Rye, &c. The other is good range land for Hogs, Cattle, &c.

Any person that wishes to purchase, may have a generous credit for one half, 
upon paying the other half down,--or may be more particularly informed by 
applying to the Subscriber in Jones county, about twelve miles from Newbern.
