MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Raymond McKinney, 18 Jun 2005

Raymond McKinney, 69 of Upper Hanging Rock Rd., died Saturday at his home. A
native of Mitchell Co., he was the son of the late Roy and Lillian Carpenter
McKinney. He was a member of Berry Chapel Baptist Chruch.

Survivors include his wife Lois Biddix McKinney and daughter Lois Ann McKinney
of Spruce Pine and extended family. 

Funeral services were held at Berry Chapel Baptist Church with the Revs. B.G.
McMahan and Greg Hollifield officiated. Burial followed in the church
cemetary. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
