ZULLINE E. ENGLISH 

NEBO - Zulline E. English, 80, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at McDowell 
Hospital. Born in Mitchell County, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and 
Lorene Gillespie English, and wife of the late Claude English. A homemaker, 
she was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Spruce Pine.

Survivors include two daughters, Anne Baker of Nebo, and Jolene Greene of 
Lenoir; two sons, Cecil and Lester English, both of Spruce Pine; nine 
grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Westmoreland Funeral Home in 
Marion. The Revs. Randy English and Eric Grindstaff officiated. Burial was in 
Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends from 2 p.m. 
until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be 
amde to Hospice of McDowell County, 575 Airport Road, Marion, NC 28752.
