   DIED, at his residence, on Sunday night (Oct. 8,1848)about 11 o'clock, DR. 
THOMAS HARRIS, a much-beloved and highly respected citizen -- aged about 44 
years. He was Worshipful Master of Phalanx Lodge No. 31.
