--Nov. 1834:  State v. Thomas York.  fined $100.00

--Feb. 1835: Thomas York deeds to Henry Sikes 100 acres.  Proved by Wm. Beck.

--Feb. 1838:  Deed of gift (50 acres) from Thomas York to Mary Beck. John Beck witness.

--Feb. 1839:  Will of Abraham Lawrence proved by William G. York, Henry Sykes 
and W.A. Mitchell.

--Feb. 1839: Administration of estate of Thomas York granted to William Beck 
who entered $1000 bond with John Garner and Clement Wilkins securities.

--May 1839:  William Beck returns the inventory on Thomas York.

--Nov. 1839:  William Beck, administrator vs. heirs of Thomas York.  Beck got 
judgment for $68.70 with interest from December 25, 183? till paid.

--Feb. 1854:  Daniel A. Paschall acknowledged deed to John W. York.
