                      Respected Sir

                                       An election was held on the
day of Parade of the 10th Regiment under Command of Colo. Starky Sharp,
for Lt. Colo. and Major, which resulted in the unanimous election of
John P. Bridger Lt. Colo. and James Clark Major - Please forward as
early as convenient this Commission
