for 50 pds. current money 72A on the NS of Goshen Swamp & on the WS of the 
Mill Branch, beg. at a black jack by the road near a pond, adj. PARKER & 
BRACKS [sic] line, to a corner formerly made for JOHN ROGERS & along his line 
to the main road, being part of a patent of 350A formerly granted to WILLIAM 
PARKER & since the LW & T of sd. PARKER to his wife SUSANNAH PARKER & since by 
JOHN SWINSON & SUSANNAH his wife as of right in consequence of sd. LW & T of 
sd. PARKER sold & conveyed to sd. BRANCH. Wit: FRANCIS 
OLIVER, ZACHARIAH (X) TURNAGE
