p.4A 157  EDWARD (X) ERWIN to LOFTIS NETHERCUT, both of Duplin Co., 11 Jan 
1808, for $150, 146A being part of a survey of 5ooA, by patent granted to 
GEORGE SMITH on the ES of the Northeast on the head of Burncoat Swamp, beg. at 
a pine by a pond that drains into Tuckahoe, across the head of Burncoat to a 
black gum in a branch of sd. swamp........to the beg.
