Abstract of Deed by HRG
     Book 3 B, pages 256, 257 & 258. James Grimes Sr. to Isaac Grimes.
Dated: 19 December 1828. James Grimes, Sr. to Isaac Grimes for and in 
consideration of the natural love and affection I have for my son, 
Isaac Grimes, I give to him, 253 acres (2 tracts) of land, one being 
on the north side of Goshen Swamp on Hooker's Marsh, 167 acres. Another 
beginning on Huckleberry Branch reserving to himself and wife, Sarah 
for a lifetime, a middle field between Hooker's Marsh and Pearce's 
Branch with a path to and from.
Witnessed: Daniel Jones and Henry Swimson.
