This day personally appeared before me, Henry Grady, one of the Justices of 
the Peace for the county of Duplin, John S. Herring and being duly sworn saith 
he has lost or mislaid a note signed by Reuben Branch, payable to Nancy 
Herring, 25th December next, for $100 and dated November last, and attested by 
said John S. Herring

Sworn and subscribed to before me at Duplin, 25th January, 1820

The public are cautioned against trading for the above Note
