I give and Bequeath to my youngest daughter Linda one feather bed and furniture to her and her heirs and assigns forever and if either of these daughters should die without heirs, hers should belong to the other and if they should both die without heirs it shall be long to my beloved wife if she is the longest______? I give and bequeath to my wife Liddy Fookes all the rest of my house hold goods of every kind with all my stock of every kind both horses hogs or cattle- with all of my plantation lands and utensils of every kind and everything I own that is not already given away in this will to her and her . Lastly I do Nominate and Ordain my well Beloved wife Liddy and my beloved friend John Tolson-Executors to this my last will and Testament and alowing that no other statements to contain my Last will and testament in writings whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal this fourteenth day of June 1802- Signed sealed Published and Declared as his last will and testament in the presence of us John Austin William Fookes State of North Carolina Dec. term 1802 Craven County Court Then was the above will proven in open Court by the oath of John Austin one of the Subscribing Witnesses thereunto and at the same time John Tolson the Executor therein named qualified as such and ordered to be Registered.
