EXECUTOR'S NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all it may concern that Joseph Jordan of Chowan 
County is dead and that the subscribers qualified as administrators to his 
estate at the June Term, Chowan Court. Those indebted to the said are 
requested to make payment immediately; and those having claims against said 
estate, are notified to present them duly authenticated within the time 
prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
