Second, I give to my daughter Mary Williams, all the remaining of my lands of the north side of the above mentioned branch... whereon I live... to be at her sole disposal forever. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Agness Williams and Obedience Williams the remaining part of my land being on the south side of the above mentioned branch, to be equally divided between them by my executors. Lastly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Williams above mentioned and to Agness daughter of Obedience Williams (base born) the whole of my personal estate remaining after my just debets and funeral charges are paid and it is my will that in dividing the same that my bed be put in a lot given to said Agness and I do hereby appoint my trusty friends, John Campbell and Williams Rainey as executors of this my last will and testament.... signed : Williams Williams, John Campbell, & Alex Murphy. test.
