This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Hunter Ferrell hferrell@couriernet.infi.net ==================================================================== Will of Charles Farrell In the Name of God Amen I Charles Farrell being weak in Body but of Sound mind and memory, do make and constitute this my last Will and Testament, Revoking any other Wills or Testaments made by me, first I Give my soul to Almighty God that gave it to me, and my Body to the Ground, to be buried in a Descent manner, at the Discretion of my Executors, and knowing it is allotted for us all once to die and after that the Resurection, I dispose of all my wordly substance which it has pleased God to bless me with, in Manner and form following; Item I give and bequeath to my Dearly beloved wife Mary Ann Farrell, the Tract of Land I now live upon, with all the Household Furniture and Stock of Cattle, Horses, Sheep, and Hoggs, besides the crop now in ground, During her life or Widow Hood, and after her death or of her marriage, to be dived equally amongst my three daughters; Elisabeth Farrell, Catharine Farrell, and Rosy Farrell, Except the Land which is to go to my sons in manner following. Item I give and bequeath to Charles Farrell my son, the Half of the Tract of Land which lyeth joining to that I made over to Enoch Farrell my son, likewise I give to Said Charles a mare colt. Item I give and bequeath to my son William Farrell, the other Half of said Tract of Land and a Horse Colt.
