Know ye that we have granted unto Thomas Davis fifty acres of land in Burke County on a small branch of Camp Creek on the West side of his own land. Beginning on two Black Oaks near a small branch and runs South sixty four degrees, West one hundred and twenty six poles to a small Black Oak near a small branch, then South twenty six degrees, East sisty four poles to a stake, then North sixty four degrees, East one hundred and twenty six poles to a post. Then to the beginning to hold to the said Thomas Davis, his heirs and assigns forever the 12th of March 1800. Will White, Secretary B. Entered June 2 day 1789 observing the act of assembly in such case made and provided two just and fair to land with proper certificates annexed to each, you are to transmit with this warrant to the secretaries office with delay.
