Singletary to Simon Pharis for 100 acres between Archibald McDaniel & Samuel Hales, joins both, along the road on both sides & entered Jan. 1, 1795. Warrant sold on Oct. 10, 1798 by Jesse Hair, heir of Simon Pharis Hair, to Thomas Bedsole. (signed by Jesse Hair, but no witness or date) John Pharis swears purchase money for within mentioned land was paid & Warrant obtained without fraud. (Signed by John Pharis. Witness: Will White.
