Coopersville Observer, May 23, 1930
Dr. Arthur E. GILLETT, 52, former resdient of Nunica, died Friday of heart 
disease at Davenport, Iowa, where he had practiced medicine since 1908.  His 
father, the late Dr. John GILLETT lived here before moving to Sparta some 
years ago.  Surviving are his widow, his mother, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.  
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in Grand Rapids with burial in the 
Marne Cemetery.
