Coopersville Observer, Oct. 1921
Matilda Tanner Arnold was born May 6, 1850 in Licking Co., OH,, one of six 
children.  She died October 11, 1921 at age 71 in Dayton, Washington.  She 
married February 22, 1871 to Jacob Arnold.  Survivng are husband; 1 daughter, 
Myrtle PEMBEL of Dayton, Washington; 3 grandchildren; 1 sister, Mrs. Ada 
DEVENPORT of Conklin.  Burial was October 3, 1921 in Washington.
