Wilbur H. Borden, residing at Sheridan, MI  U.S.patent for Chain-coupling
for Stump extractors. application filed Dec 15, 1887; Patent No. 382,451,
dated May 8, 1888.  Original document found in the garage attic of Ronald
Mabie, Muskegon, MI, after Ronald's death in 1996.  Ronald was the son of
Charles Mabie and Nellie Borden of Sheridan, MI. Original Federal document,
with pictures,  now (1997) in the C.E. Mabie family of Sparta, MI.
