Miss Frona, beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Rittenhouse, of this city, died at the home of her parents on Pleasant street with that dreaded disease, consumption. The funeral was held at the Baptist church on Monday morning and the remains were taken to Grand Rapids for interment. Miss Rittenhouse was at the time of her death, 21 years, two months and seven days old, and had for a long time been employed in the Richardson silk mill, continuing her work in the mill until obliged to give it up on account of the wasting disease, which held her in its grasp. The employees of the mill sent some very beautiful floral tributes on the occasion of her burial and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her parents have the sympathy of all in this hour of their bereavement.
