Ionia Sentinel Standard

The funeral service for Edward Pahlin was held Wednesday at three o’clock, 
being confined to the ritual at the grave at Highland Park.  Mr. Winger held 
the service.  The remains arrived this noon from Traverse City, where he has 
been since 1900.  As a brakeman on the Pere Marquette Road he suffered an 
accident at the time which resulted in his being sent to the State Hospital.  
He has no relatives here now.
