The Lake Odessa Wave, Thursday, December 27, 1928
Mr. Henry Lockwood, a familiar figure of Lake Odessa, died suddenly of heart 
trouble Thursday afternoon about two o’clock.  Mr. Lockwood is about eighty 
years old and although feeble for a number of years has been able to make 
daily trips to the stores on errands during the seven years he has lived with 
his daughter, Mrs. John Steinmetz.  The funeral arrangements have not yet been 
made.
