The Ionia Standard, Friday, May 29, 1914


A very large number attended the funeral of Mrs. O. J. Kuhn Wed. morning, the 
congregation including many from Grand Rapids, Greenville, Belding, Saranac 
and other towns.  Solemn mass was celebrated, Rev. Ernest Walters of Big 
Rapids acting as celebrant, while Rev. Chas. B. Bolte of Greenville and Rev. 
McCarthy were deacon and sub-deacon.  Rev. McCarthy had the sermon.  The 
bearers were T. A. Carten, F. M. Wirtz, F. G. Longe, Thos. McGannon, Harry 
McGowan and E. F. Gallagher.
