The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, May 9, 1959

Harley V. Heath, 56, of route one Ionia township, died Friday afternoon at 
Ionia County Memorial hospital where he had been a patient for one day.  He 
was born August 13, 1902, the son of Virgil and Bertha Heath.  For the past 30 
years he had resided with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Soper.

He is survived by his step-mother, Mrs. Virgil Health of Sheridan; one 
brother, Alvin Heath of Delta, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Ruth) Neal and 
Mrs. Donald (Wilda) White of Mt. Pleasant and Mrs. Keith (Fern) Hitdlebaugh of 
Howell.

Funeral service will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at the Stone-Kauffman 
funeral home.  The Rev. Floyd Emshwiller, pastor of the First Christian 
church, will officiate.  Interment will be in the Palo cemetery.
