Ionia Sentinel Standard, 18 Apr 1955

Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Gierman of Sebewa Center were held Saturday 
afternoon at 4 o’clock at the Sebewa Center Methodist church.  Burial was at 
East Sebewa cemetery.  Pall bearers were her nephews, Stanley Sayer, Wilbur 
Gierman, Maynard Gierman, Wesley Meyers, Howard Meyers and Forest Nash.

Those attending from away were Mr. and Mrs. Sam Proudfoot, Mrs. Earl Hudson and 
Mrs. Esther Eldred of Kalamazoo, Mrs. L. J. Sabin of Grand Rapids, Mr. and Mrs. 
A. J. Cotton and Cyrus Meyers of Lansing, Mrs. Bessie Brace and Mrs. and Mrs. 
Dean Parks of Howell, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Radsack Sr. and Claud Radsack Jr. of 
Detroit, Otis Meyers of Middleville, Mrs. Lloyd Jones of Wayland, Mr. and Mrs. 
Roy Van Sickle of Belleview, Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Shipman of DeWitt, Mrs. Mayme 
Hawn, Miss Mable Witzel, Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Gierman, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Coe, 
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Dodes, Mrs. John Stencel and Mr. and Mrs. Arley Travis of 
Ionia.
