Ionia Daily Sentinel, 16 Sep 1954

Howard Lee Beutler, 55, of Dexter street died Thursday morning at 5:30 at 
Eckert Nursing Home.  He was born in Kansas, November 11, 1898, and lived in 
Illinois until six months ago when he came to Ionia to make his home with his 
son, Donald.

He was an electrician by trade and was a member of the Masonic lodge at 
Martinsville, Ill., the Scottish Rite and the A.I.N.A.D. Temple at East St. 
Louis, Ill.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Myers funeral 
home and burial will be at Tuttle cemetery.

Graveside services will be conducted by the Blue Lodge, F. and A.M. of Ionia.
