She was enroute to her home at St. Petersburg, Fla. after spending three weeks visiting in Grand Rapids at the home of her sister, Mrs. Harvey Philips and others in Ionia. She was born in Orange township, Ionia county, June 21, 1898 and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Adgate. She was graduated from Ionia high school in 1918 and in 1920 was married to Edgar Aldrich in Ionia. They made their home in Kalamazoo for 15 years, 17 years in Atlanta, Ga., and the past five years had been living in St. Petersburg, Fla. Mr. Aldrich is hospitalized in Sylvester, Ga. as a result of the accident. Surviving are her husband and her sister, Mrs. Harvey Philips. The body will be returned to the Boynton funeral home and arrangements and time of service will be announced later.
