February 4, 1813 he was married to Miss Cornelia Anthony, who was born at Fishkill, Dutchess county, N.Y., Aug. 10, 1791, the ceremony taking place in New York City, Rev. Geo. Spring officiating. Mr. Wilder came to Michigan in 1831, the family following the next year. Mr. Wilder died in Eckford in November, 1846, his wife at Marshall some years later. They had a large family of sons and two daughters, only one, Mrs. S.V.R. Lepper, of Marshall, is now living. Homer and It's Pioneers - 1888
