Barnuch Aldrich of Cumberland, Providence, RI
probated: 6 Dec 1806 in Cumberland, Povidence, RI

I, Barnuch Aldrich of Cumberland in the County of Providence in the State of
Rhode Island & Providence Planations yeoman being of a formed disposing mind
and memory do make & ordain this to be my last Will & Testament in manner
following that is to say.

I give & devise to my brother Amos Aldrich all that part of my homestead farm
& buildings thereon standing which is situated part in the Town of Cumberland
& part in the Town of Mendon and lying on the Westerly side of the highway
heading from the Winsoket Fallas (so called) by the dwelling House of the said
Amos to Mendon Town, Provided that he the said Amos shall pay or cause to be
paid to my three Sisters viz.. to Abigail Daniels & Patience Mowry two hundred
dollars each & to Rachel Aldrich three hundred dollars, to him the said Amos
his heirs and assigns forever.

I give and devise to my Brother Luke Aldrich allt he remainder part of my
Homestead Farm situated part in said Cumberland & a part in said Mendon lying
& being on the easterly side of the aforementioned highway and Also all my
woodland situated in Mendon bounded southerly on the highway leading by
Ebenezer Callums easterly on land late belonging to Nathan Very & northerly on
land belonging to William Aldrich & westerly on land of Nathaniel Capron
Provided that he the said Luke Aldrich shall pay or cause to be paid to my
brother Laban Aldrich the sum of Two hundred dollars & to my sister Rachel
Aldrich one hundred dollars & to William Aldrich son of Joab Aldrich late
deceased two hundred dollars and to the sons & daughters of Levi Arnold viz )
Israel Arnold, Aldrich Arnold, Ephraim Aldrich, Willis Arnold, Wate Pain, Mary
Chase, Patience Arnold, Guila Arnold, ten dollars each. To him the said Luke
Aldrich his heirs and assigns forever -

I give and bequeath all the remainder of my personal Estate to my two said
Brothers Amos and Luke to be equally divided between them share & share alike
my just debts and funeral charges being first paid. -

And I do hereby constitute & appoint my said brother Amos Aldrich sole
executor to this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all other & former
wills by me made ratifying & confrming this to be my last Will & Testament.

In Testiony whereof I do hereunto set my hand & seal this tenth day of March &
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six.

last Will & Testament in the presence us who in his presence and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
