TURK, ALBERT LEROY
Albert "AL" Leroy Turk, 76 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away 
Sunday, August 28, 2011, at North Oaks Medical Center.  AL was born on 
Sunday, February 24, 1935, in Marysville, CA.  Surviving are wife, Lawanda 
Rush Turk, son and daughter-in-law Albert and Colette Turk Jr., son, Kevin 
Turk, daughter & son-in-law, Sandy and John Brothers, daughter, Vicki 
Stump, daughter & son-in-law, Katrina and Bill Murphy, also survived by 9 
grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his 
parents, Myron and Cora Turk, son, Frank Turk, brothers and sisters.  
Friends will be received Friday, September 2, 2011 from 6:00 pm until 
9:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Hammond.  Sharing about AL's life will be 
held at Funeral Home Chapel - Hammond, Friday, at 7:00 pm.  An on-line
