SALMON, MARY PARENT "JANNELLE"

A resident and native of Ponchatoula, she died Sunday, March 17, 2002, at North 
Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. She was 63. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son 
Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday and in the chapel from 
8 a.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Interment in Sand Hill 
Cemetery. Survived by her husband, Charles Salmon, Ponchatoula; two daughters, 
Alecia Ratcliff, Springfield, and Carleen Neihaus, Ponchatoula; a son, Charles 
Salmon Jr., Livingston; five brothers, Randy Parent, Albany, Rodney Parent, New 
Orleans, C.J. Parent, Albany, and Gary Parent and Jimmy Parent, both of 
Ponchatoula; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Preceded in death by 
her parents, Clifton and Estelle Holden Parent; an infant son; a sister, Gwen 
Goudeau; and a brother, Ricky Parent. She was a homemaker.
