MICHEL, BERNICE MARIE HUE
A homemaker and a resident of Pierre Part, she died at 7:20 p.m. on
Tuesday, May 22, 2007, at Thibodaux Regional Hospital. She was 80 and a
native of Pierre Part. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Pierre Part, on
Thursday, May 24, from 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Religious service at St. Joseph
Catholic Church, Pierre Part, on Thursday at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev.
Waguespack. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by three sons
and a daughter-in-law, Nolan Michel, George Michel and Claude and Cheryl
Michel, all of Pierre Part; three sisters, Vinas Bernachaux and Verna
Taylor, both of Pierre Part, and Shirley LeBreton of Lafeyette; two
brothers, Clayton Hue of Pierre Part and Ludger Hue of Amite; two grand-
children, Holly Morales and Hannah Michel; and a great-grandchild, Jacie
Morales. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Augustin Michel;
parents, Gilmord Hue and Addie Berthelot; two brothers and a sister.
